HOW did I not find this sweet cafe sooner?! How is this not the talk of the town?! I have lived in the area for almost 6 months and deeply regret that it took me this long to find this sweet spot. The iced caramel latte is one of the best I've ever had (and that is saying something for a coffee addict). The barista was kind and very attentive, and the baked goods looked amazing- though I did abstain this time. A friend and I caught up there for over an hour, and while the cafe is quite small, the other patrons were also quiet and respectful and it wasn't at all distracting. The vibes are right and relaxing. This will absolutely become one of my staples when I come into town or am looking for a cozy little nook to meet a friend. Drive right past the chains on the main drag and stop in here- I doubt you'll regret it. :)

Great little place, loved seating outside. So glad they have non-coffee options. Cupcake is a little dry, but taste delicious, 2nd try.
THE BEST coffee and pastries in Del Rio. The owner bakes fresh pastries daily. They’re some of the best cupcakes, muffins, and other treats I’ve had in my life. Highly recommend Cafe Sol!!!
This is such a sweet little coffee shop! The employees are so nice and the coffee is great! I got a chai latte and it’s delicious. The desserts are really good too! 10/10 recommend!

The coffee and baked items are delicious - this is simply a fact. It’s very obvious when bakers use quality ingredients, and this is true here. The reason I love this cafe and go back again and again? The smiles. Any day is made better when it’s greeted by two of the kindest ladies I’ve met in Del Rio. They’re always ready to help and make suggestions, and they’ve never rushed me out the door when I’ve had my kids with me. It’s a very real accomplishment when a business is able to foster an environment that is truly stress-free, Cafe Sol has done this.
Beautiful coffee stop! We loved the lemonade, iced mocha, and iced caramel machiatto. Perfect midday pick me up :)
I love Cafe Sol! My daughter loves their iced brown sugar latte, and I usually get an Americano. The cinnamon rolls are delicious, and my personal favorite is the Biscoff cheesecake. They almost always have a case full of baked goods, so there is always something yummy to try. It is a very cozy atmosphere, and the staff treats you like family, even when you bump into them at Walmart. It is a great place to meet friends or just go relax and read a book. The only bummer is that they are closed on Mondays.....but I'm thankful they take a day to rest :)
Best coffee shop in Rio. Coffee was top-notch. I had a brown sugar latte and it was the perfect balance of rich, bold flavor with just the right amount of creaminess. Tastes like high-quality beans. They also have a great selection of pastries, and the bagel was a great complement to my drink, freshly baked and customized to order.
